Service Packages

Auto Knight Basic Service Package:

Lockout Services: Auto Knight will send an authorized pre-screened contractor to unlock your vehicle with vehicle manufactured approved tools.

Flat tire: Auto Knight will dispatch a serviceperson to change your vehicles damage tire to a usable spare.

Out of Gas: You will be provided 3 gallons of fuel delivered to you (the cost of fuel is the customer’s responsibility).

Dead Battery: Auto Knight’s provider will clean off your battery cables and jump start your car.

Towing: your vehicle will be towed to the destination of your choice up $100.00 (please note one tow per disablement).

If for some reason you are unable to use the Auto Knight network, Auto Knight will reimburse you for roadside expenses up to $50.00 with valid towing receipt.

Auto Knight Plus Service Package:

The Auto Knight Plus Service Package includes all of the benefits in the basic package plus the following additional benefits:

Auto Knight Plus Memberships Extended Towing: Auto Knights Members can be towed up to 150 miles per disablement to the location of your choice at no charge. Auto Knight will pay up $100.00 toward winching service if needed to relocate you vehicle to a safe place.

If for some reason you are unable to use the Auto Knight network, Auto Knight will reimburse you for roadside expenses up to $100.00 with valid towing receipt.

Fuel at No Charge: All Auto Knight membership includes roadside delivery of gas at current market prices. Auto Knight Plus memberships will be provided (3) three gallons of fuel at no charge to you — enough to get you to safety.

Auto Knight Plus Memberships Include up to $100 for a Locksmith: If you lose your keys or are unable to unlock your vehicle Auto Knight plus memberships will be entitled to $100.00 toward the cost of a locksmith.

Plus 24-Hour Emergency Personal Assistance: When you're on the road, the Auto Knight dispatchers can get an emergency message to loved ones or receive them for you during weather or roadside emergencies. Auto Knight will also make arrangement to transport you up to 150 miles when your vehicle is disabled.
