Auto Knight Motor Club has been in business for over 22 years and is owned and operated by Jeffrey S. Rizzo. Mr. Rizzo has 25 years of experience in all facets of the Automobile and service related business.

The most important issue for Mr. Rizzo is the knowledge that the Auto Knight employees are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and service. This is why Auto Knight Motor club is so easy to use. Help is just one phone call away. First and foremost it is Jeff's goal to insure your safe and uninterrupted driving pleasure.

Auto Knight has two major call centers from which it operates, both located in the United States. These centers do all the dispatching, and customer service related calls. Auto Knight also owns and manages our data bases within the company itself.

Rest assured none of our Auto Knight members information is ever shared or sold to any outside sources. All services and subcontractors are screened and contracted by Auto Knight to insure continued care for our members.

Auto Knight does not use call centers located outside of the United States, answering services, or prerecorded messages for any of its operations. All calls are handled by Auto Knight employees. This is how we maintain the highest level of excellent service within this industry. Our professional customer service personnel are ready and waiting to assist you 24 hours a day every day of the year.
